Route Driver

Job Summary

Breakroom Choices has been delivering custom refreshment solutions for 30 years in the Salt Lake City, Northern Utah and Phoenix Metro Area. We’re looking to grow our team and are currently hiring a Route Driver position. If you are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and have great communication skills, we’re looking for you! Responsibilities

• Maintain proper inventory levels and product distribution for the micro-market.
• Provide client and customer satisfaction in every aspect of job performance.
• Display a clear understanding of company policies and ability to administer as needed.
• Performs routine cleaning and sanitation of micro-market and other related equipment.
• Conducts minor service and adjustments on markets. When necessary, report defective equipment to designated maintenance repair service operators.
• Prior to beginning each day’s route, ensure that the truck is properly loaded with all products required to properly service all scheduled markets following outlined operational procedures.
• Informs regular clients and customers of new products or services, listens to and resolves service complaints.
• Keep company vehicle clean and organized at all times; perform pre and post trip vehicle inspections.
• Perform all job functions in a safe and professional manner.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a good driving record and a valid driver’s license.
• Have the ability to maintain composure and handle frequent changes or unexpected disruptions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Be able to lift up to 30 lbs and push up to 100 lbs continuously.
